2022 Music Festivals: How to Buy Tickets to Governors Ball, Lollapalooza, Outside Lands and More

Festival season is officially underway. After two years of cancellations amidst the pandemic, the biggest music events of the year have opened their festival grounds once more to swaths of fans eager to see their favorite musicians perform live once again.

Coachella kicked off festival season in April with its two-weekend bender that featured one-of-a-kind performances by Harry Styles, Billie Eilish, Swedish House Mafia, The Weeknd and a slew of special surprise guests. The following weekend, “Country Coachella” returned to the same stomping grounds in Indio, Calif., boasting a star-studded lineup led by Thomas Rhett, Carrie Underwood and Luke Combs.

Now on the calendar are anticipated fests such as Governors Ball with headliners Kid Cudi, Halsey and J. Cole; Outside Lands with headliners Sza, Green Day and Post Malone; Rolling Loud with headliners Ye, Future and Kendrick Lamar; and dozens more.
