Drake has broken his silence on the controversy surrounding his friendship with Millie Bobby Brown in 2018, addressing it in a song from his new album, "For All the Dogs," released on October 6. In the track titled "Another Late Night," featuring Lil Yatchy, Drake raps, "My bank account is magnolia, Millie rockin', ayy / Weirdos in my comments talkin' 'bout some Millie Bobby, look." He continues to dismiss the criticism and suggests that people should bring their jokes to his inner circle if they want to engage in discussion.

The controversy initially erupted when Millie Bobby Brown, who was 14 years old at the time, revealed that Drake, then 31, had invited her to his concert in Australia. She described their interactions positively, mentioning that they texted frequently and he offered her life advice.

Despite their friendship making headlines and some people questioning the age gap, Millie Bobby Brown defended their relationship on her Instagram Story, emphasizing the support and guidance she received from Drake in her career.

In the same song, titled "Fear of Heights," fans speculate that Drake may be making veiled references to his past relationship with Rihanna and her current partner, A$AP Rocky. He uses the word "anti," which was the title of Rihanna's 2016 album, and hints at his feelings towards his past relationship.

Drake's album contains other possible references to Rihanna, including a mention of a Parsons degree, which Rihanna holds an honorary degree from the Parsons School of Design.

It's worth noting that Rihanna has since moved on and has been in a relationship with A$AP Rocky, with whom she shares two children. In a 2018 interview with Vogue, she described her relationship with Drake as neither a friendship nor enmity.
