Taylor Swift's 'Eras' Tour Concert Film has broken records, with more than $100 million in ticket presales revenue, announced by AMC. This achievement comes over a week before the film's theatrical debut. In August, Taylor Swift revealed the upcoming concert film, Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour, and shortly after that announcement, AMC reported $26 million in ticket sales on the first day, surpassing the previous record held by Spider-Man: No Way Home. Swift's film set a new first-day, 24-hour ticket sales record at AMC, doing so in less than three hours.

Responding to the film's overwhelming popularity, Jason Blum, the founder of Blumhouse Productions, announced the postponement of "The Exorcist: Believer" release from October 13, 2023, to October 6, 2023, humorously referencing Swift's song "Look What You Made Me Do."

When Swift initially introduced the concert documentary in August, she described it as "the most meaningful, electric experience of my life so far" and revealed its big-screen release starting on October 13th, encouraging fans to get their tickets.

The Eras Tour is Swift's sixth concert tour and the most significant success of her career to date. It began in the U.S. on March 17 at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, and concluded on August 9 with a six-night run at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.

Even before the tour officially began, Swift had already broken commercial records by selling 2.4 million tickets in a single day, setting a new record for the most tickets sold by an artist in a single day, surpassing nearly 1 million.

The tour is expected to exceed $1 billion in revenue, making it the highest-grossing tour in history, based on conservative estimates. Swift recently completed a series of four shows in Mexico City and is scheduled for a two-month break before returning to the stage in November with performances in Buenos Aires.

The Eras Tour is set to conclude on November 23, 2024, with a six-night run at the Rogers Centre in Toronto, Canada. Swift's recent performances in Los Angeles received immense support from tens of thousands of fans, leading to emotional moments and extended standing ovations.

Numerous celebrities have attended The Eras Tour across the country, with the Los Angeles performances being particularly star-studded. Notable attendees included Selena Gomez, Emma Stone, Charlize Theron, Mindy Kaling, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Taylor Lautner, Cameron Diaz, Tiffany Haddish, Kevin Costner, Sophia Bush, Victoria Justice, Ashley Greene, Zoe Saldana, Sofia Richie, Haley Lu Richardson, Michelle Monaghan, Camilla Luddington, Mariska Hargitay, Courteney Cox, and Kaia Gerber, among others.
