John Legend, inspired by the song, shared its significance in his life, and Niall's fellow coaches leaned slightly toward Tanner, commending his stage presence.

Niall admitted, "This is one of the Battles where I've really been battling with myself, and now I'm regretting putting you in the same pairing." In the end, Niall named Lennon the winner, but the battle wasn't over for Tanner, as both John and Gwen vied to steal him for their teams.
