Return of 'American Horror Story: Delicate' is almost here. How to watch

The highly-anticipated return of "American Horror Story" is just around the corner. The series is back with its 12th installment titled "American Horror Story: Delicate," a creation by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk.

According to reports from The Hollywood Reporter, this upcoming season draws inspiration from Danielle Valentine's novel "Delicate Condition," focusing on the harrowing journey of an independent actress during pregnancy.

The season's tagline introduces us to Anna Victoria Alcott, an actress who yearns to build a family after facing multiple disappointments with in vitro fertilization. As the hype around her recent film escalates, she becomes increasingly paranoid, sensing a sinister force may be targeting her and her dreams of motherhood.

The first part of this new installment is set to premiere on FX this Wednesday and will be available for streaming on Hulu by Thursday. Subsequent episodes will be released over the following four weeks, with part one comprising a total of five episodes.

Emma Roberts takes on the role of actress Anna Victoria Alcott in this season. While newcomers Kim Kardashian and Cara Delevingne join the cast, Roberts has had a significant presence in the series, appearing in 47 episodes from 2013 to 2023, as per IMDB.

For those eager to catch a glimpse of what's to come, FX dropped the trailer for "American Horror Story: Delicate" on July 20. The trailer features a chilling atmosphere, with Kardashian, Roberts, and Delevingne making striking appearances. It showcases a group of blonde lookalikes alongside imagery of an egg-filled nest and a baby's cradle, creating an eerie and suspenseful ambiance. Kardashian is even seen cradling what appears to be a baby in her arms.
