On Latin Night during the second week of competition in Season 32 of 'Dancing With the Stars,' the celebrities and their professional partners gave their all on the dance floor. The Latin-themed routines brought out both standout performances and some stumbling moments.

After two hours of passionate and improved dances, the fate of the contestants rested in the hands of the viewers, who had to decide which couples deserved to continue and who would be eliminated. Ultimately, based on a combination of judges' scores and audience votes, two couples found themselves in jeopardy: Jamie Lynn Spears and Alan Bersten, as well as Adrian Peterson and Britt Stewart.

Surprisingly, even though Spears and Bersten's cha-cha to "Shake Señora" by Pitbull, feat. T-Pain & Sean Paul didn't land them at the bottom of the leaderboard, they didn't secure enough votes to keep them in the competition, and Jamie Lynn Spears was eliminated.

On the other hand, Adrian Peterson and Britt Stewart, who received lower judges' scores for their samba set to "Taki Taki" by DJ Snake, managed to win over viewers with their charisma and effort, securing their spot for at least another week.

One of the night's standout performances came from Xochitl Gomez, known for her role in "Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness," and her pro partner Val Chmerkovskiy. Their salsa to "Don't Go Yet" by Camila Cabello earned them the highest scores of the season so far: 24 out of 30, with three 8s from the judges.

Closing the show with a bang, Jason Mraz and Daniella Karagach delivered an impressive rumba to "Quizás, Quizás, Quizás" by Andrea Bocelli, earning them a score of 24, despite a minor misstep in the routine.

Another memorable moment came from Bachelorette Charity Lawson, who had to partner with Ezra Sosa temporarily due to Artem Chigvintsev testing positive for COVID-19 earlier in the week. Despite the challenge, Lawson and Sosa wowed the audience with their cha-cha to Ricky Martin's "She Bangs," earning an impressive 21 out of 30 with three 7s from the judges.

Here's how the leaderboard looked for the rest of the celebrity-pro couples after Tuesday's premiere:
