Usher created a memorable moment during his recent performance at La Seine Musicale in Paris, France. While serenading actress Gabrielle Union with his hit song, "Boyfriend," the unexpected happened when Usher decided to pause and engage in a playful exchange with Union's husband, former NBA player Dwyane Wade.

In a video shared on Instagram by both Usher and Wade, the crowd enthusiastically danced as Usher sang the lyrics, "Somebody said that your boyfriend's lookin' for me." Amid the electrifying atmosphere, Usher humorously interrupted himself, saying, "Well, he should know I'm pretty - OK, let's stop. Let's not get carried away. This is Dwyane Wade; I ain't crazy. That man will knock my whole head off and then dunk it."

The lighthearted moment continued as Usher extended his hand to greet Wade, who responded with laughter and a warm hug. "What's up, king?" Usher asked Wade, further adding to the cheerful atmosphere.

Usher shared the amusing exchange on Instagram, captioning the post with a playful message, "Look, I don't want any trouble ???? ???????? Night one in Paris..."

Usher is known for creating memorable moments during his performances. In July, during his Las Vegas Residency, he serenaded Keke Palmer, which gained attention due to her outfit choice. This incident sparked a Twitter exchange with the father of her child, Darius Jackson, who commented on her attire. However, the controversy has since been resolved, as Palmer and Jackson were recently seen together at Beyoncé's Renaissance birthday show in Los Angeles.

Reflecting on his on-stage interactions, Usher told People in August that he aims to bring fun and lightheartedness to these moments. "Every night I'm thinking about how the world will react to this moment that I'll share with whoever I choose to sing to."

In addition to his entertaining performances, Usher has been making headlines for another reason. He was recently announced as the headliner for the 2024 Super Bowl Halftime Show, marking his second appearance at this prestigious event. The news was delivered in a creative video announcement featuring Kim Kardashian, who shared the exciting opportunity with Usher.

The 2024 Super Bowl Halftime Show is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 11, 2024, at the Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada.
